Our client, one of the world's largest investment companies, is actively looking for a Media Analyst to join their team in Malvern, PA! This role is onsite hybrid so local candidates are required.

This Media Analyst will support the programmatic and digital advertising lifecycle within the organization's talent acquisition space. Reporting directly to a Media Manager, you will be the primary steward of a $20k/month ($240k+ annualized) budget. Your focus will be on the execution, daily pacing, and deep-dive reporting of banner and programmatic campaigns to ensure high-quality applicant flow into internal systems.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Operations: Execute and monitor programmatic banner ads and digital placements across recruitment channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Budget Stewardship: Manage monthly spend (~$20k) with high precision, ensuring no overspends while maximizing lead volume.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly "data views" for internal stakeholders, translating campaign metrics into hiring insights.
- Conversion Tracking: Analyze the full funnel from ad click to internal application, specifically tracking Cost Per Conversion and Quality of Hire.
- Stakeholder Support: Collaborate with the Media Manager to prepare "ready-to-approve" buy plans and performance summaries for leadership.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital media or performance marketing.
- Proven experience managing $100k–$200k+ in annualized media spend with a focus on ROI.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas) and familiarity with dashboarding tools (Tableau/PowerBI) for "internal utilization" reports.
- Extreme attention to detail—errors in recruitment spend can lead to significant gaps in the talent pipeline.
