CE is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Bid Coordinator to support the HVAC commercial sales team.

Job Summary
The HVAC Commercial Sales Bid Coordinator provides commercial quote sales support. Responsibilities include reviewing new construction quote requests, prioritizing and assigning bids, managing correspondence, and maintaining a structured bid follow‑up process. The role also involves posting bid information online, managing internal software systems, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
Work with inside sales to evaluate bids for new construction projects
Collect, organize, and post job‑related information
Maintain online quote systems and quote files
Follow up on assignments to ensure all quotes are provided before deadlines
Maintain productive relationships with customers and internal sales channels
Generate and provide monthly bid reports
Provide post‑bid follow‑up with external customers
Respond promptly to incoming calls and e‑mail to maintain good customer relations
Manage the inside sales e‑mail inbox to ensure all requests are addressed
Requirements
Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or technical degree preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC, construction, estimating, or related field preferred
Qualifications
Highly motivated self‑starter with minimal guidance needed
Combines business and technical background
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficient with common software and computer skills
Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
Solid critical‑thinking, problem‑solving, and planning skills
High personal accountability and a sense of urgency
