The Marketing Director will lead all marketing initiatives - from strategic brand development to day-to-day execution. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytics, and leadership to manage campaigns that attract qualified buyers and support our top-performing agents.

We are seeking a Marketing Director who can elevate our brand presence, lead creative strategy, and drive measurable growth across listings, agents, and community engagement.

The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that elevate brand presence, drive engagement, and support business growth. This role oversees the planning, implementation, and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and experiential platforms, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand message.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals
Manage brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints
Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, website content, and SEO
Coordinate the creation of high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertising campaigns
Collaborate with sales teams to support lead generation, listings, and client engagement initiatives
Analyze campaign performance and market trends to optimize strategy and ROI
Manage vendor relationships, including photographers, designers, and media partners
Plan and execute events, launches, and brand activations
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
3-5+ years of marketing experience (real estate or luxury brand experience preferred)
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools
Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills
Creative mindset with a keen eye for branding and design

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual marketing plan aligned with brokerage growth goals
• Manage brand identity across all platforms (digital, print, video, signage, and social media)
• Oversee listing marketing from photography and staging to ad copy, brochures, and digital promotion
• Direct paid advertising, social media, and email campaigns with strong ROI tracking
• Lead website content, SEO/SEM, and CRM marketing automations
• Coordinate luxury events, open houses, and sponsorships that enhance community visibility
• Collaborate with agents on personalized marketing strategies and property launch campaigns
• Supervise internal and freelance creative teams (designers, copywriters, videographers, etc.)
• Track performance metrics, report insights, and continuously optimize campaigns
• Ensure all materials align with the Christie's International Real Estate brand standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's a plus)
• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in real estate
• Proven success managing digital campaigns and brand strategy
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and email CRM platforms
• Experience working directly with sales agents or creative teams
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail
