Marketing Localization Producer (iCloud / Media Products Focus)

We’re working with a leading global tech platform known for its ecosystem of digital media services and consumer products to bring on a Localization Producer supporting iCloud marketing initiatives. THIS IS A ONE YEAR CONTRACT.


This team sits within a broader media/products organization that powers global services across apps, music, video, books, and podcasts, and is responsible for ensuring content resonates across markets worldwide.

This is a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment where you’ll own localization from concept through launch — partnering closely with marketing, creative, legal, and international teams to deliver high-quality campaigns at scale.


Logistics

  • Location: Cupertino, CA (hybrid – 3x/week onsite)
  • Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Pay: ~$55/hr
  • Bonus: Bilingual (English + another language) is a strong plus


What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end localization project management from concept through go-live
  • Manage international marketing copy + creative assets across campaigns (store, digital, social)
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, design, video, legal, and external vendors
  • Oversee localization workflows across 30–40+ languages simultaneously
  • Track timelines, manage priorities, and ensure delivery against aggressive campaign deadlines
  • Represent localization in kickoffs, planning meetings, and stakeholder presentations
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, tools, and workflows
  • Maintain exceptional quality control and attention to detail across all deliverables


What They’re Looking For

  • ~5+ years of localization project management experience (marketing, digital, or media)
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume, multi-language campaigns in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working across global, cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of international marketing and global content adaptation
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and tight deadlines simultaneously
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Experience with localization tools and workflows
  • Strong communication skills and ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Bonus: familiarity with consumer tech ecosystems, digital media platforms, or UI/content terminology
