About The Role
Client is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to support a brand transformation initiative. In this role, you will be a dedicated design resource responsible for taking our newly established brand and visual identity system – including finalized templates and components – and building out associated sales, product, and marketing materials.

This is not a strictly plug-and-play production role. The right candidate brings design acumen including the ability to select imagery, make informed color and layout decisions, and exercise creative judgment within a defined brand framework that elevates the look and feel of our marketing assets. You will work with confidence and independence while staying anchored to brand standards, aligned with business stakeholders and against business objectives.

Responsibilities

Work from established design templates and approved component libraries to produce polished materials across formats including pitch decks, product brochures, fund fact sheets, flyers, digital display and event collateral.

Exercise design judgment within the brand system to maintain visual quality and consistency across deliverables, ensuring accurate application of typography, color, imagery, and layout standards.

Apply channel‑specific best practices (e.g. ad unit sizing, file size constraints and accessibility considerations) while maintaining brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Manage multiple concurrent design requests with clear prioritization and proactive communication, partnering with a project manager to ensure on‑time delivery.

Maintain organized file structures, clear naming conventions, and version control throughout the engagement.

Partner with the Head of Brand & Creative, Director of Creative Services and Senior Art Director on quality review and flag any inconsistencies or edge cases in brand application.

Prepare files for final output including print‑ready PDFs and digital formats as required.

Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.

Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.
