Position Overview
We’re looking for a Field Marketer to own and scale our ground game. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and partnerships; turning in‑person programs, big and small, into measurable pipeline and revenue. You’ll be the person who makes our brand show up—at events, dinners, meetups, roadshows, and with strategic partners—while keeping a tight loop with sales to ensure everything you run actually converts. This is a high‑impact role with lots of ownership and room to grow as we scale.

What You’ll Do

Plan and execute field marketing programs including events, executive dinners, meetups, roadshows, conferences, and partner activations

Collaborate closely with Sales and RevOps to align field programs with pipeline goals and target accounts

Partner with demand/marketing to build regional and account‑based marketing (ABM) initiatives to drive demand in key markets

Manage event logistics end‑to‑end: venue sourcing, vendors, budgets, swag, messaging, follow‑up

Partner with Product Marketing to ensure messaging resonates with technical and business buyers

Track performance and ROI: pipeline influenced, sourced revenue, attendance, and engagement

Build repeatable playbooks for field programs as the company scales

Support partner marketing initiatives and co‑hosted events with technology and channel partners

Who You Are

4–7 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or events, ideally in B2B SaaS

Experience working closely with sales teams in fast‑moving startup environments

Strong project management skills—you can juggle multiple events without dropping details

Data‑driven mindset with comfort measuring and reporting ROI

Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with senior stakeholders

Willingness to travel (approx. 20–30%)

Bonus: experience marketing to technical buyers or in AI/ML, DevOps, data, or enterprise software

Nice To Haves

Experience in AI or a startup environment targeting business owners and founders

Proficiency in SQL and data analytics

Expertise in paid acquisition, with experience managing campaigns from inception to post‑hoc analysis
