We are seeking a product-oriented growth leader to own and scale a core subscription business. This is a GM-level role focused on building a high-value, habit-forming product—not just driving marketing performance.
You will define the vision and strategy for growth, shaping how users are acquired, engaged, retained, and expanded in an evolving, AI-driven landscape. This role sits at the intersection of product, data, content, and revenue, with strong influence on overall business strategy.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Define and execute a product-led growth strategy
Own subscription performance, including acquisition, retention, and lifetime value
Build engagement and retention through personalization, data, and product innovation
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Data, Engineering, and Content teams
Establish measurement frameworks and drive data-informed decision-making
Lead and develop a high-performing, cross-functional growth team
