Senior Media Planning Director
Hybrid- 2 days in office/week
We are looking for a senior level media planning leader to shape insight driven media strategy across North America. This is a hands on role for someone who can connect consumer insights, communications planning, and channel strategy across paid social, programmatic, search, CTV, and broader omnichannel media.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast moving, globally connected environment and can confidently lead both strategic planning and senior level client conversations.
What you will do
Lead insight driven media and communications planning rooted in consumer behavior, culture, and data
Build strategic planning frameworks across the full customer journey
Develop integrated media strategies across paid social, programmatic, search, CTV, and other relevant channels
Define channel roles, investment strategy, budget allocation, and audience approach
Partner with account teams, strategists, and leadership on client growth and new business opportunities
Translate complex insights into clear, compelling client presentations and actionable recommendations
Help mentor junior team members and contribute to planning best practices across the organization
What we are looking for
6 to 8+ years of experience in media planning and strategy within a digital, performance, or integrated agency environment
Strong background in communications planning, audience strategy, and the marketing funnel
Hands on experience across paid social, programmatic, and search, with exposure to CTV and broader omnichannel planning
Strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as GWI, YouGov, Brandwatch, Google Analytics, and platform reporting tools
Excellent presentation and communication skills with senior clients and internal stakeholders
Ability to balance performance goals with long term brand growth
Collaborative, strategic, and comfortable working across global teams
