Job Overview:
The Strategic Operations & Program Management team supports Content Studio by driving planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination across major initiatives.
This Program Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale social, creative, and communications programs, partnering with internal teams and external agencies to ensure projects run smoothly and on time.
Day-to-day:
Helping manager overall program end to end Scheduling meetings w XFN Action items Stakeholders Strategic plans and recommendations Coming with issues and concerns Bridge the gap between creative and business needs Understand the feedback
Responsibilities:
Manage programs end-to-end (planning → execution → delivery) for large-scale, cross-functional programs and campaigns across Content Studio (e.g., flagship events, product launches, policy/social campaigns) Build timelines, project plans, and track milestones Coordinate across teams (creative, social, communications, agencies) Run meetings, track action items, and manage stakeholders Identify risks, resolve blockers, and escalate issues when needed Support strategic planning (roadmaps, goals, resourcing) Improve processes, workflows, and tools Bridge creative and business needs to ensure aligned execution
Qualifications:
7+ years of program/project management experience (marketing, comms, creative, or media) Communications and traditional marketing - social and editorial teams Understanding the organic side of marketing Experience managing large, complex, cross-functional programs Strong organization and ability to manage multiple workstreams Excellent communication skills (clear updates to stakeholders/leadership) Experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, etc.) Ability to work independently and drive projects forward
