Territory Market Manager – Dealer Specialties
Are you an experienced bilingual leader passionate about the automotive industry? Dealer Specialties, a division of Dominion Dealer Solutions, is seeking a dynamic Territory Market Manager to oversee operations in our NJ territory. It requires a proven track record in leadership, driving results, and growing market presence. Automotive experience required. 60‑65% travel, overnight stays as needed.
What You’ll Do
Expand brand presence in the Central/South market.
Lead, develop, and coach a team of account representatives, ensuring growth and performance.
Manage P&L and achieve financial success through performance metrics.
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with dealerships and dealership groups.
Mentor team via coaching, performance reviews, and quality checks.
Provide strategic guidance aligned with company goals.
Support new product adoption by conducting regular customer visits.
What You Bring
Proven leadership experience managing route/sales teams.
5+ years of relationship management with teams and customers.
Expertise in brand management.
Preferred experience leading a team of 10+ members.
Strong recruiting, coaching, and team development skills.
Focus on results, customer satisfaction, and problem‑solving.
Ability to motivate, build trust, and foster a positive workplace.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: approximately $65,000 annually, plus bonus (approximate OTE $80,000‑$90,000 annually). Compensation factors include geography, experience, education, job demands, job market, etc.
