The Director, Marketing & Digital Engagement leads SCRI's enterprise marketing and digital strategy, driving integrated brand campaigns and overseeing a cohesive digital ecosystem across all channels. This role brings the SCRI brand to life through multi-channel marketing, digital, social, and experiential activation while ensuring consistent digital standards, governance, and user experience across corporate and network sites.
Working closely with cross-functional and executive partners, this leader aligns marketing and digital initiatives with organizational priorities, advances digital innovation, and improves the patient journey and trial discoverability. The director also oversees analytics and performance measurement, translating insights into strategic recommendations that strengthen engagement and business impact, and serves as SCRI's enterprise digital subject matter expert for internal teams and research sites.

During your employment with SCRI, you will be routinely assigned training requirements. You are expected to complete any training assignments by the due date.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
7+ years of relevant experience
Knowledge:
Deep knowledge of omni-channel marketing strategy, including digital, social, content, experiential, and paid media.
Strong understanding of enterprise digital ecosystems, including web platforms, UX/UI best practices, accessibility standards, and content governance.
Expertise in modern digital marketing tools and technologies (CMS, CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms, SEO/GEO optimization, and social media management).
Solid understanding of brand strategy, creative development, and how to translate brand platforms into integrated campaigns and digital experiences.
Knowledge of performance measurement, digital analytics, KPI frameworks, and data-driven optimization.
Familiarity with healthcare, clinical research, or highly regulated environments (preferred but not required).
