Position summary

As a Digital Product Owner, you will be delivering digital web experiences for the strategic, fast-growing Medicare business at Aetna. You'll be part of a team responsible for building smart, integrated, and automated ecosystems

within a content management system

that increase engagement and lead quality, and delight audiences. The Digital Product Owner will put the customer first, monitor the competitive landscape, understand our technical capabilities, champion user experiences, and ensure successful market launch of new products and features.

This role sits within the Aetna Marketing Technology and Digital Experiences group (Aetna MarTech).

Your job responsibilities will be to:

Act as a Product Owner for a Scrum team, driving the team to execute on the product roadmap

Manage and prioritize ongoing inbound project requests from multiple business owners

Work closely with cross-functional partners in design, technology, product, and operations to define and refine business requirements

Lead end-to-end website launches, from requirements gathering to post-launch analysis

Lead product update rollouts across experiences and manage customizations required by multiple stakeholders

Meet all control requirements to ensure successful, compliant product launches

Manage relationships with both your department leaders, business owners, IT organization, Customer Experience SMEs, and creative teams

- You are comfortable with the Adobe stack [AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)], Target, Customer Journey Analytics). You've had exposure to different technology platforms and can talk integrations when needed. You also have an interest in AI and automation and how you can leverage to improve productivity and the customer experience.

- You have a high tolerance for change and can prioritize multiple competing demands. You know how to keep lots of balls in the air and not let anything slip through the cracks

- You think building stuff is exciting, you believe helping people achieve positive health outcomes is amazing, and you bring that passion to work every day

Required Background and Qualifications:

3+ years' experience in corporate or agency setting, ideally in a highly regulated industry with evidence of success and increasing levels of responsibility

At least 1 year of agile web product owner experience, defining stories, populating, and prioritizing backlogs with product tools (JIRA or Rally)

Adept at problem solving and decision-making skills

Adept at collaboration and teamwork

Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills

Communicates for impact

Strong interpersonal skills

Detail oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

1 year of product management experience in a B2C and/or a regulated industry

Experience with the Adobe stack (AEM, Target, Customer Journey Analytics)

Experience in a highly matrixed or enterprise organization

Familiarity with agentic work management tools

Educations:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$101,970.00 - $222,480.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
