About the role
The Vice President, Marketing is responsible for setting and leading PolyNovo’s global marketing, brand, and corporate communications strategy to support sustainable growth, market leadership, and long‑term value creation.

The role provides enterprise‑level leadership across portfolio strategy, product commercialisation, corporate positioning, and stakeholder engagement, working closely with the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board to ensure alignment with corporate objectives, regulatory obligations, and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of global marketing, brand, and corporate communications strategies aligned with Board‑approved corporate objectives.

Strengthen PolyNovo’s global positioning and corporate reputation in reconstructive and regenerative medicine.

Drive global demand generation, adoption velocity, and marketing‑led growth in partnership with Sales.

Own global portfolio strategy and lifecycle management to maximise product adoption and long‑term value.

Oversee global product launch planning and commercial readiness for new products, indications, and geographies.

Establish and govern pricing, value, and reimbursement strategies that support sustainable market expansion.

Lead global market, customer, and competitive intelligence to inform executive and Board decision‑making.

Own the global digital, data, and omnichannel marketing strategy, enabling compliant, measurable healthcare professional engagement.

Define and govern the global marketing operating model, balancing global strategy with effective regional execution.

Build and lead a high‑performing global marketing and communications organisation aligned to PolyNovo’s values and strategic priorities.

Manage agency partners, vendors, and marketing budgets with accountability for performance and return on investment.

Ensure all marketing, corporate, and scientific communications meet regulatory, ethical, and governance requirements.

Build and maintain strategic relationships with global clinical stakeholders and key opinion leaders.

Represent PolyNovo at industry, investor, and strategic forums in alignment with approved corporate positioning and messaging.

Foster a culture that lives into the PolyNovo values. Lead with integrity, fairness, ethics, and compliance.

Assess, attract, hire, develop and engage the best diverse talent to meet current and future needs of the business.

Provide feedback and coaching that is invested in developing people, improving outcomes, and managing relationships effectively.

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in marketing, business, science, healthcare, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications desirable.

Experience

Extensive senior marketing leadership experience within global medical device, biotechnology, or healthcare organisations.

Demonstrated success leading portfolio strategy, product commercialisation, and global brand development in regulated markets.

Experience operating at Executive and Board interface levels within a listed or comparably governed organisation.

Skills/Competencies

Deep understanding of regulatory, compliance, and ethical requirements governing medical device marketing and communications.

Strong strategic judgement with the ability to translate complex clinical and technical concepts into clear enterprise narratives.

Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary, geographically dispersed teams and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.

Commercial acumen, including budget ownership and disciplined resource allocation.
