Business Development Executive – Web Development (New Client Acquisition)
Location: Willow Grove, PA (Hybrid / Local Preferred)

Compensation: $45,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (OTE $90,000+)

About the Role
We are looking for someone who can go out and win business.

This role is responsible for driving new client acquisition for a growing web development company. You will be expected to build your own pipeline, create opportunities, and close deals.

There is no ceiling on what you can earn in this role—but success depends on your ability to prospect, build relationships, and close.

If you are someone who prefers structure, inbound leads, or campaign-based work, this is not the right fit.

What You’ll Do
Identify and pursue new business opportunities (local and regional)
Prospect through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and partnerships
Build and manage your own pipeline from first contact to close
Meet with potential clients to understand their business needs
Present and sell web development solutions (websites, redesigns, ongoing services)
Close deals and transition clients to the development team
Maintain relationships to identify repeat and referral business

What Success Looks Like
Consistently building a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
Closing new deals on a regular basis
Generating meaningful revenue growth for the business
Developing a book of clients that continues to produce opportunities

Compensation Structure
Base Salary: $45,000
Commission: Percentage of all closed deals (uncapped)
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90,000+

Commission is directly tied to revenue generated—your earnings grow with your performance.

Who You Are
Comfortable with outbound sales and building relationships from scratch
Motivated by performance-based compensation

Preferred Experience (Not Required)
Sales experience (B2B preferred)
Experience selling services, digital products, or web solutions
Existing network of business contacts
