Reporting to the CHRO, you will own the infrastructure that powers our people function — from HRIS platforms and HR data integrity to compensation administration, immigration, compliance, and benefits — while driving an ambitious agenda to embed AI into how we work.This is a high-impact role for a leader who combines operational rigor with a forward-looking technology vision, and who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.
