Job Summary
Responsible for the overall management, leadership, and direction for Ultrasound diagnostic imaging modalities/departments.
Ideal Candidate
Master's Degree with ARDMS in Ultrasound and 10 years clinical operations experience.

Essential Functions
- Directs operational clinical activities, patient care delivery systems and daily operations of modalities and imaging services locations.
- Manages compliance standards and requirements as well as policies and procedures.
- Participates in strategic planning, development of growth strategies, achievement of targets and outcome improvement.
- Oversees operational budgets, monitors key financial indicators and performance metrics.
- Manages human resources including staffing plans, productivity and performance standards.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospital/Healthcare Administration or related field.
- Preferred: Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospital/Healthcare Administration or related field.
- Certification: CPR and one of the following: ARRT Sonography (SP), Breast Sonography (BS), Vascular Sonography (VS) or CCI Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS); or ARDMS Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS).
- Preferred Certification: RDMS through ARDMS (AB, OB/GYN, or RVT) or Sonography (S) or Vascular (VS) through ARRT.
- Experience: 10 years imaging clinical operations experience, including five years in a management role.
- Preferred: 8 years imaging clinical operations experience including five years in a management role; preferred Master’s degree.
Preferred Qualifications
Completion of LEADing Self Accelerate and/or LEADing Self Discover programs may substitute for one to two years of required supervisory or management experience.
Other Conditions
Must pass pre‑employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
