This position is expected to own the wholesale marketing function for BrüMate, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to identify, plan, execute, and report on wholesale marketing initiatives for the business. This person should thrive in ambiguity–able to quickly test, learn, and iterate independently. The Wholesale Marketing Manager should be plugged‑in to the news around new capabilities of retail media networks, co‑op and trade spend, paid social tactics supporting offline sales objectives, and the most innovative techniques and tactics for measuring results.
How You’ll Make A Difference (Responsibilities)

Retailer Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with retail buyers, merchant teams, and retailer media network reps to unlock new marketing capabilities and preferred positioning.
Serve as the internal expert of each key retailer’s promotional cadence, seasonal windows, and marketing asset requirements.
Collaborate with retailers to understand capabilities of their retail media networks, promotional plans, in‑store activations, and more.
Solicit marketing proposals from, and deliver marketing proposals to, retail partners related to always‑on and seasonal marketing support.
Attend key retail partner meetings to assist in pitching merchandising programs, reinforcing merchandising pitches with proposed marketing support.
Lead post‑mortems with internal teams and external partners highlighting marketing investments and results driven for each partner.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Act as the connective tissue between the wholesale team and the marketing organization, transplanting retailer needs into actionable creative briefs, campaign timelines, and channel strategies.
Interface with wholesale team leadership to understand key partners and key partner initiatives, as well as growth targets and budgets by partner.
Partner with the retention and social teams to extend retailer‑specific campaigns into owned channels (email, SMS, organic social) for full‑funnel cohesion.
Collaborate with the brand and creative teams on retailer‑specific asset libraries, ensuring each partner has on‑hand, spec‑compliant materials ahead of deadlines.
Analyze campaign performance and sell‑through data, and communicate to the wider marketing team on core marketing KPIs such as marketing spend, product sell‑through, revenue, and ROI on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
What You Bring to the Table (Qualifications)

3+ years of experience in wholesale, trade marketing, retail media networks, brand management, or a combination of digital and offline advertising. A combination of agency and brand‑side experience is a plus, as is experience with omnichannel brands with strong direct‑to‑consumer and marketplace (Amazon) businesses.
First‑hand experience managing retail media network campaigns across at least 2+ platforms (Roundel, DSG Media, Criteo, and similar).
Familiarity with joint business planning (JBP) frameworks and seasonal retail planning cycles.
Experience managing co‑op fund reconciliation and trade spend compliance.
Ability to multi‑task and manage several different projects with strong attention to detail. Set and achieve goals, meet deadlines, and pivot strategy as necessary to meet business goals.
A self‑starting attitude, ability to work independently and effectively with little oversight or management.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills for managing retailer relationships. Comfortable presenting to external retail partners with strong deck‑building and verbal communication skills.
Desire to work within a fast‑growing brand in a fun and fast‑paced environment.
Proven track record of success in managing retail marketing campaigns and driving business growth with our partners.
Ability to analyze data, consumer trends, and competitive insights to effectively identify opportunity areas for growth.
