An award‑winning, globally recognized National Law Firm is searching for a Business Development Manager to support its Litigation platform, including nationally recognized Automotive and Complex Litigation practices.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and execute proactive marketing and business development strategies

Prepare pitches, RFP responses, and client presentations

Support legal directory and awards submissions (Chambers, Legal 500, etc.)

Track and leverage conferences, sponsorships, and thought leadership opportunities

Conduct competitive and client intelligence research

Manage and mentor a Senior Business Development Coordinator

Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, Conflicts, DEI, and other firm teams

Maintain marketing collateral, attorney bios, and matter databases

What They’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Communications, or Marketing preferred)

6+ years of marketing/BD experience in a law firm or professional services environment

Experience supporting Litigation and/or Automotive practices preferred

Strong strategic thinking, project management, and communication skills

Comfort working across offices and managing distributed teams

Advanced Microsoft Office skills; CRM and proposal tools experience a plus
