Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is based in Pinehurst, NC. As a Sales Account Executive, you will build and maintain relationships with local businesses to offer them tailored marketing solutions. Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, generating leads, managing existing accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service. Collaboration with internal teams and clients is critical to ensure marketing needs and goals are met.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Lead Generation to identify opportunities and acquire new business clients.
- Account Management experience, including maintaining and growing existing client relationships.
- Strong Communication and Relationship-Building abilities to foster connections with clients and colleagues.
- Customer Service expertise to meet client expectations and provide exceptional support.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
- Prior sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of marketing or advertising industry trends is a plus.
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish) is a plus!
