You will manage a team of business development representatives, support their growth, and ensure sales targets are met. This is a remote role, based in the Central or Eastern time zones, with 25-50% travel expected. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer.Key Responsibilities:Achieve or exceed sourcing, volume, and margin goals.Develop and execute strategies for RMR supply pipelines.Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams, setting targets and monitoring performance.Market RMR materials to maximize value.Collaborate with operational and marketing teams to align efforts.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and represent the company at industry events.Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.At least 7 years in business development or sales leadership.Experience managing teams and achieving revenue targets.Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office.Willingness to travel as needed.If interested, apply now to join our team!Equal Opportunity Statement: The Wilmington Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
