This role will be responsible for defining and driving the global brand marketing strategy for their haircare portfolio, ensuring consistent brand messaging and maximizing market impact. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the beauty industry, a proven track record of successful brand leadership, and exceptional strategic and analytical skills.Global Brand Marketing Director Responsibilities:Develop and articulate a comprehensive global brand strategy for the haircare portfolio, aligning with overall business objectivesLead the development and execution of integrated global marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and maximizing ROILead and mentor a global brand marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture and driving professional developmentConduct in-depth market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decision-makingDevelop and manage the global brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resourcesGlobal Brand Marketing Director Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.7+ years of progressive experience in global brand marketing, with a focus on the beauty or haircare industryProven track record of developing and executing successful global brand strategies and marketing campaignsStrong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate othersExcellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skillsPlease note this will be a contract that will go from April through September (may be subject to change.)
