The Role
We’re looking for a proactive, client‑first Account Manager who can own relationships, drive projects forward, and uncover growth opportunities.

This is not a passive account role.

You’ll act as the bridge between our clients and our internal team—ensuring projects run smoothly and identifying where we can create more value.

Rough split

80% Client success + project leadership

20% Growth (expansion + new opportunities)

What You’ll Do
Client Leadership & Project Delivery (Core Focus)

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

Build trusted relationships by deeply understanding client goals, products, and challenges

Lead projects from kickoff through delivery—keeping scope, timelines, and quality on track

Translate client needs into clear direction for creative and production teams

Run client meetings, presentations, and reviews with confidence

Proactively identify risks and solve problems before they escalated

Ensure every deliverable meets IG’s standard for clarity, quality, and impact

Growth & Account Expansion

Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts (new use cases, new teams, new initiatives)

Spot gaps where IG’s capabilities can improve client outcomes (sales, training, marketing)

Support development of proposals, scopes, and presentations

Contribute to building a pipeline of new opportunities through relationships and outreach

What We’re Looking For

3-7+ years in account management, client services, or project management (agency or technical environment preferred)

Strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously

Excellent communication skills—you can simplify complex ideas and lead conversations with confidence

Experience working with creative, technical, or production teams

Commercial awareness—you naturally look for ways to grow accounts, not just maintain them

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive (you don’t wait to be told what to do)

Comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment

Bonus if you have

Experience with 3D, animation, technical products, or industrial clients

Familiarity with project management or CRM tools

Background in marketing, engineering, or technical communications
