Job Overview
The Service Sales Account Manager oversees the full portfolio of Service Level Agreements and warranty programs for DiaSorin Inc., Luminex, and/or DiaSorin Molecular. This role drives all aspects of service-related commercial activity—from daily sales engagements and recovering instruments not currently under contract to managing operational processes that support the service product line. As a key contributor to the Service Sales Team, the Service Sales Account Manager plays a central role in meeting annual revenue goals. The position is responsible for maintaining and expanding recurring service revenue, as well as Time & Material business, across an assigned customer segment within the United States and Canada.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
Lead daily sales activities for Service Agreement and Warranty product lines, including preparing, sending, and following up on renewal and expiration notifications.
Communicate with customers regarding upcoming renewals and available service options.
Process incoming Service Agreement and Time & Material purchase orders in partnership with Customer Service.
Maintain real-time updates in the Service Software for accounts transitioning on or off Time & Material status.
Manage the full contract renewal workflow in Salesforce, ensuring accurate instrument coverage, service expiration tracking, and timely delivery of renewal quotes (90/60/30 days in advance).
Ensure accurate entry of order management and billing details to support proper revenue recognition.
Coordinate with Business Teams to maintain required service coverage for Reagent Rental instruments.
Collaborate with Order Management and Finance to verify data accuracy across Salesforce and SAP.
Track and document activities within Salesforce to support reliable metric reporting.
Ensure contract information is consistently accurate across all databases.
Review and interpret customer contracts to prepare Point-of-Sale pricing.
Generate quotes and create new service offerings outside of existing Master Agreements or contracts.
Deliver direct selling and customer engagement: communicate service offerings clearly, identify new opportunities, and participate in field sales calls to support service-related discussions.
Manage the service sales pipeline to achieve or exceed annual revenue goals.
Contribute to the development of new service offerings to expand the portfolio and drive incremental revenue.
Apply creative, strategic thinking to uncover new sources of service revenue.
Develop and implement new processes that enhance automation, efficiency, and workflow effectiveness.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support the broader goals of the Service Sales organization.
Education, Experience and Qualifications
Highschool Diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
3+ years experience in service or field sales, or in a sales support capacity.
3+ years experience in a customer-facing role.
3+ years customer service or related experience.
3+ years experience working independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
1+ year demonstrated history of successfully selling comparable products.
Experience with ERP and CRM platforms, including SAP, Salesforce.com, and Oracle.
Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proven capability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding revenue goals.
Highly organized, with excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
Strong problem solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Effective collaborator able to work across cross functional teams to complete projects on schedule.

The hiring range for this position is $78,767 - $108,000 annually. The salary range for this role represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. Beyond base salary, Diasorin offers a comprehensive rewards package focused on your overall well-being.
