Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member Full Time in Atchison - KS
Responsibilities Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Qualifications Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
Leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

About Our Agency Our agency opened in 2014 and continues to grow as we look to expand our team. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 10 years as a professional umpire and later worked with several insurance agents, gaining valuable experience before starting my own agency. I’m a graduate of Kansas State University and a proud parent of five daughters and grandparent to six. Family is a big part of my life, and that carries into how I build and support our team.
