UX/UI visual, graphic designer (mobile app, Figma, Illustrator,Photoshop)|

UI/UX Hybrid Design Position Come help envision, define and design innovative online experiences that put our members' needs first and differentiate our products from others.
We are looking for a User Interface Designer to help design intuitive interfaces that solve complex interactions with elegance and simplicity.
Responsibilities:
Designer will partner with product owners, analytics, and engine bring ideas to life that will positively impact our members lives.
You will work within a cross-functional design team comprised of UX Designers, Copywriters, Researchers and Front-End Developers.
Own the UI deliverables across a variety of products
Work in an agile environment across multiple scrum teams
Collaborates with product partners and business stakeholders in the creation of creative briefs.
Designs with mobile first in mind and with an eye towards accessibility.
Diplomatically advocates for the user and communicates informed design rational and value.
Develops effective design solutions on time and within scope.
Requirements:
At least 3 years experience working as a UI/UX or Graphic designer
Wireframe work samples that can be shared
Experience working in a collaborative environment
Experience working in Figma
Skills and Qualifications Preferred:
Comfort presenting and communicating via conferencing applications.
