Job Overview
The Marketing Manager will support the promotion of Chesterton Academy's mission and strengthen awareness among families, donors, alumni, and the community. The role includes developing marketing plans, managing communications, and supporting fundraising and school events.
Responsibilities
Development, approval, and execution of the school marketing plan to strengthen awareness and support among key stakeholder groups (potential families, donors, alumni, and community).
Provide support for fundraising events and efforts for our school.
Assist in developing and executing the school's external communications through our website, email, direct mail, and other outlets.
Design invitations, signage, and graphics for school events - experience with Canva, Procreate, InDesign, Illustrator, or Adobe Photoshop preferred, but not required.
Develop key messaging information on school events and announcements as needed.
Manage school social media accounts to communicate events, grow awareness, and maintain the school's unique brand positioning.
May provide photography support/supervision during school events for sharing with our community.
Manage and organize school photos throughout the year and upload to our yearbook.
Promote athletic events and share athlete highlights and achievements with our school community.
Work closely with Development, Office staff, Headmaster, and Board of Directors to collaborate, inform, and support the mission of Chesterton Academy.
As a school representative, the candidate must be a Catholic in good standing and take an oath of fidelity to the Magisterium.
