Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Develop webpage and application and quote flows for client's website.com by using clear, concise, and engaging high-quality content that aligns with the client's brand and style.Read and analyze business requirements provided to create the necessary contentCollaborate effectively with business partners and stakeholdersAbility to work in a very fast-paced environment with the expectation of delivering assignments within a span of 1 to 3 days based on complexity.Figma:Directly edit text inside components, frames, modals, and prototypesNavigate around the design panels and through layers within a fileChanging font styles (size, bold, etc.)Adding bulletsDigging into layers to edit specific parts of componentsChecking and editing version historyConfiguring components with design system guidelines.Key Requirements and Technology Experience:Key Skills: "Certified UX Copy writer", "Figma", "Content design"UX Writing CertificationStrong Portfolio or writing samples – A MUST!User Experience (UX) writing or content design (6 years minimum)Very familiar with SEO, AP style, using style guides (6 years minimum)Experience working with subject matter experts and design teams to create user experiencesAbility to write in a clear, concise, and conversational toneAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentAbility to use constructive feedback and adapt writing style when neededStrong written and verbal communication skills, strategy skills, interpersonal skills, and attention to detailHighly organized, with the ability to work on multiple projects and tasks at once while handling competing priorities.Figma, SEM Rush, MS WordCan you please provide a brief description of the daily duties using the technology tools above?The User Experience (UX) Writer creates high-quality, high-performing content to enable innovative, cohesive, and compliant digital experiences that serve the needs of our members, member service representatives, and business partners.Our client is a leading Banking and Financial Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
