As CRM Campaign Manager, you’ll design the strategies that turn first‑time users into loyal fans — driving activation, retention, and reactivation across our lending and transactional products.
You’ll combine data, creativity, and commercial instinct to build campaigns that make every interaction feel personal, valuable, and effortless.

What You’ll Be Doing
Own the customer lifecycle – from onboarding to reactivation. Build experiences that increase satisfaction, engagement, and lifetime value.
Translate strategy into action – adapt group lifecycle frameworks to the Greek market, using behavioral insights and segmentation.
Run data‑driven campaigns – create, test, and optimize lifecycle automations using CRM tools.
Drive performance – monitor activation, retention, churn, and portfolio growth metrics; ensure every euro spent delivers ROI.
Collaborate across teams – work with Product, Data, and Commercial to align lifecycle initiatives with merchant and lending goals.
Inspire a customer‑first culture – champion engagement thinking across the local organization.
What You’ll Bring
4+ years of experience in CRM, growth marketing, or lifecycle management — ideally in fintech, digital banking, or e‑commerce.
Strong analytical mindset: comfortable with Excel and data dashboards (SQL/BI tools a plus).
Hands‑on experience building and launching multi‑channel lifecycle campaigns.
Clear understanding of how engagement drives commercial outcomes.
Excellent communication and coordination skills across functions.
Curiosity, adaptability, and ownership — you learn fast and deliver even faster.
Fluent English and Greek.
