Marketing Proposal Coordinator

Marketing Proposal Coordinator Full Service Engineering firm looking to add a Marketing Proposal Coordinator to their Indy team! Role/Responsibilities: - Assist in the preparation of proposal and submit pre-qualification documents -Communicate with all levels of company -Assist in the company branding through proposals - Organize meetings and overall direction of proposals -Interview individuals needed to gather all technical information needed to produce documents -Oversee quality control for reviews on proposals for standards
Job Requirements: -Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related fields -Excellent organizational and communication skills - Experience in the Engineering and Architecture consulting industry preferred -Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Deltek Vision
