Riverside is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead and scale our product marketing function across a growing portfolio of assessment solutions. This role is responsible for defining clear positioning, driving effective go-to-market execution, and ensuring Sales is consistently equipped to win and retain customers. As a people leader, this role will develop and coach a team of Product Marketing Managers while serving as a strategic partner in Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership. Success in this role is measured by the impact of product marketing on growth initiatives, product adoption, and revenue outcomes across the portfolio.
In this role, you will get to
Lead and develop a team of Product Marketing Managers, providing clear priorities, coaching, and performance feedback
Translate company growth priorities and product-level targets into clear product marketing strategies and execution plans
Ensure each product line has strong positioning, messaging, and alignment to growth plays
Partner closely with Product leadership to align roadmap priorities with go-to-market strategy, launches, and customer communications
Collaborate with Campaign Marketing to ensure campaigns reflect product messaging and portfolio priorities
Drive portfolio-level storytelling, including cross-sell, bundling, and differentiated use-case narratives
Ensure Sales is equipped with high-quality enablement assets such as positioning guides, talk tracks, competitive insights, and customer proof points
Monitor performance across products and growth initiatives and adjust messaging or campaigns as needed
Incorporate voice-of-customer insights and sales feedback into positioning and launch planning

Required Qualifications
Proven experience leading product marketing in a B2B environment
Strong track record of translating product strategy into effective go-to-market execution
Experience managing and developing product marketing talent
Ability to partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting a multi-product or portfolio-based business
Background in growth play execution or sales enablement
Experience incorporating customer insight and market feedback into messaging strategy

Compensation
This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position with an approved base salary range of $135,000 - $150,000, plus eligibility for a corporate bonus. Compensation is determined based on experience, skills, and alignment with role expectations.
