You have a “systems-thinking” mindset, meaning you don’t just design one piece in isolation; you envision how that piece fits into an ecosystem of collateral.

About the Role


As our Senior Graphic Designer, you will help develop our visual identity as we continue to grow and build our presence. You’ll bridge the gap between our financial technology, advisors, and their clients, transforming abstract concepts into clever, thoughtful, visual solutions. Whether you’re spearheading a brand evolution, designing high-conversion assets for marketing, or helping refine our digital experience, your work will directly influence how financial advisors help their clients reach their financial goals. In this role, you will be the primary designer working on the company’s outbound marketing activities, while working with product to ensure our brand remains cohesive and world-class.


Principal Responsibilities



  • Generate creative solutions and execute high-quality design work for brand identity, digital marketing, digital product, print collateral, presentations, video and motion graphics, and social media

  • Be marketing’s go‑to resource for design, while also assisting product designers, and other stakeholders to conceptualize and execute creative ideas

  • Manage multiple projects and timelines to deliver projects on time and to the highest quality

  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive look and feel across all platforms

  • Prepare production‑ready files for both digital and print applications


Minimum Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of experience, preferably within an agency or in‑house creative department

  • A portfolio that demonstrates high‑level conceptualization, strategic thinking, and execution across a variety of mediums

  • Expert level proficiency with Adobe Creative SuiteStrong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles

  • Ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders and non‑designers

  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities

  • A sharp eye for detail

  • Organized and capable of managing brand assets

  • Due to the nature of this position, as part of the background check process, candidates must be able to pass a fingerprint background check to qualify as a fingerprinted person under FINRA. For roles requiring registration, additional regulatory screenings may apply, including a review of Form U5 disclosures and other relevant licensing information.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience with Figma or similar UI/UX tools

  • Experience designing assets for marketing CRM platforms such as Hubspot, Marketo, Mailchimp, etc.

  • Experience with motion graphic and video tools, such as After Effects and Premier
