Role Overview
As a Graphic Designer at Onyx, you’ll own the creation of high-impact creative projects across our platform and digital channels. From social content to paid media campaigns, you’ll play a key role in executing on creatives, further developing brand identity, and supporting growth through original ideas.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce graphics for social media posts, announcements, and campaigns across multiple platforms

Create visual assets for paid media, including digital ads, display banners, and promotional creatives

Collaborate with marketing and social teams to bring campaigns and brand moments to life

Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs while evolving and refining design systems

Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices within sports gaming and digital media

Support ad hoc creative needs across the business

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in graphic design (agency, startup, or in-house experience preferred)

Strong portfolio showcasing digital, social, and advertising creative work

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) and/or Figma

Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities

Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams

Passion for sports gaming is a big plus
