*ON SITE POSITIONKreative Media is a fast-paced digital marketing agency looking for a self-starter and highly creative designer to join our team. The ideal candidate is a collaborative visual thinker who thrives in an energetic environment and can deliver high-quality designs across a range of formats.You'll be responsible for supporting our clients and internal team through strategic design work — including logos, paid ad creatives, branded decks, signage, packaging, email marketing design, and marketing collateral. This role requires strong conceptual thinking, technical execution, and a sharp eye for detail.ResponsibilitiesDesign compelling visual assets for paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and moreDevelop brand decks, pitch presentations, and campaign toolkits that align with client strategyCreate sales collateral, packaging mockups, signage, labels, and event materialsSet up, design, optimize and send email marketing content that aligns with client strategy and brandMaintain visual consistency across all deliverables while adapting to each client's brand identityCollaborate with content, strategy, and campaign teams to bring ideas to lifeTranslate creative direction into effective, polished visual solutionsPrepare production-ready files for both digital and print applicationsContribute to creative ideation and internal design discussionsQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design or a related fieldProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Proficiency in constant contact, Hubspot and KlaviyoStrong working knowledge of CanvaA portfolio showcasing a mix of ad creatives, branding, and print designExcellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven agency environmentStrong communication and collaboration skillsBonus: Experience with motion design, signage, or packaging is a plus
