Senior Art Director | Healthcare Advertising | NYC Hybrid
A fast-growing, creatively driven healthcare agency is looking for a Senior Art Director to join its expanding team. This is an opportunity to work across bold, insight-driven campaigns for leading pharmaceutical and biotech brands in a highly collaborative environment that values strong storytelling, strategic thinking, and fresh creative perspectives.
What you’ll do:
• Develop compelling HCP and DTC design across digital, print, social, video, websites, congress, and integrated campaigns
• Partner closely with copy, strategy, account, and medical teams to bring ideas to life
• Translate complex scientific information into clear, engaging, and compliant messaging
• Contribute to campaign concepting, brand voice development, and omnichannel execution
• Present work internally and to clients with confidence and strategic rationale
What they’re looking for:
• Pharma/healthcare advertising agency experience required
• Strong conceptual design across multiple channels
• Experience supporting launches and/or established brands
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced agency environment
• Oncology experience is a plus
