The RoleWe're looking for a Social Media Coordinator who understands that social isn't just posting — it's storytelling, timing, and cultural intuition. This role sits at the center of our brand ecosystem, helping bring product drops, athlete partnerships, and creative campaigns to life across all platforms. You'll work closely with the Absolutely Ridiculous Marketing team to execute a content strategy that drives engagement, builds community, expands audience, and turns moments into movements.You don't just follow trends — you set them. Social is the front door to Absolutely Ridiculous, and this role isn't about maintaining a presence. It's about helping build a brand people want to belong to.What You'll Get To DoContent Execution & PublishingExecute daily social media posting across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube Shorts, etc.)Schedule and manage content through a centralized marketing calendarEnsure all content aligns with brand voice, campaign timing, and product dropsCreative & Storytelling SupportCollaborate with the creative team on content ideas, captions, and rollout plansAssist in bringing campaigns to life — from concept to postWrite captions that feel native, engaging, and culturally relevantAttend events when necessary to capture storytelling contentCommunity ManagementEngage with the community dailyIdentify and amplify superfans, creators, and organic brand advocatesIdentify partners across sports, art, and fashionHelp build a community that feels seen, heard, and part of the brandHelp expand the brand to new audiences across all social platformsTrend & Culture MonitoringStay ahead of and define new trends in sports, fashion, and internet cultureIdentify opportunities for reactive or real-time contentBring ideas proactively to the team — don't wait to be askedPerformance TrackingTrack social performance metrics (engagement, growth, reach)Report weekly insights and recommend optimizationsAffiliate & Partner SupportCoordinate with Partner Relations on content posting timelinesEnsure alignment between brand campaigns and partner contentHelp maximize reach across all creator channelsWho You Are1–3 years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketingYou live and breathe social mediaDeep understanding of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and emerging channelsProficient in leveraging AI tools to streamline content creation and campaign executionStrong writing skills with an instinct for tone and cultural relevanceHighly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns at onceObsessed with content, trends, and what makes people stop scrollingSelf-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environmentPassion for sports, art, fashion, or culture — ideally all of the aboveBonus points if you have:Basic photo/video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe, etc.)Experience with social scheduling tools and analytics platformsBackground in storytelling-driven or drop-based brandsThis job description is not all-inclusive, and certain activities, duties, or responsibilities may be required of the employee as needed.What We OfferCompany-paid health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement savings plan with 3% matchPaid Time Off (PTO)Work Location: Nashville, TNWho We AreNashville based sports and lifestyle brand redefining how athletes express themselves through high-performing, functional art over traditional sporting goods.
