As our Brand Content Creator, you’ll be at the heart of our storytelling engine—capturing the energy, style, and daily evolution of Relentless Brands, with a focus on ISI® Elite Training, Plunge House® and HUMAN Nutrition®. You’ll be in the mix on product in-person experiences, national campaigns, franchise development storytelling, team culture, and social storytelling—creating the content that drives sales, sparks engagement, and brings our brands to life.
Responsibilities
Creating photo and video content for national campaigns, brand storytelling, podcast cuts, and youtube content series.
Editing and delivering visual assets for Instagram, TikTok, email campaigns, and other channels
Capturing behind-the-scenes moments—Franchise Partner visits and trainings at HQ, occasional travel for new openings or storytelling of members, VIP Ownership Experience, team energy, etc.
Writing short-form copy (captions, overlays, taglines) that’s on-brand and scroll-stopping
Publishing content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Threads, etc.) and managing daily social posting (this will be in conjunction with marketing associates.)
Monitoring and supporting growth across social channels—engagement, follower growth, insights tracking
Helping shape and execute the overall content calendar and social media strategy alongside the marketing team
Staying ahead of trends and cultural moments to inform content direction and channel tone
Organizing and maintaining our digital content library for efficient reuse and re-purposing
Collaborating with Operations, Creative, Franchise Development, and Marketing teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.
Working with Co-Founders to tell the story and capture the evision of brands and Relentless brands as a whole.
Experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premier and After Effects)
Proficiency with digital photography, videography, and video animation and graphics.
Understanding of product design requirements.
Storytelling ability through content creation using videography and photography
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple projects.
Passion for fitness, health, and nutrition.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Experience with video, animation, and motion graphics is a plus.
Visually Sharp: You have a strong eye for framing, lighting, and content that performs
Camera-Ready: Confident shooting with natural light—on your phone or DSLR—and fast with edits
Detail-Oriented: You care how things look, sound, and feel
Bonus points for experience with Canva, Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
