Position Objective
We are looking for self‑motivated candidates to fill our Video Review Specialist position. This person will review videos from a proprietary system that generates videos of customers’ vehicles when an alert is triggered by hard turns and breaks. The role involves identifying false alerts or any other violations identified by the customer. Approximately 1,000–1,920 videos are estimated to be reviewed daily. This is an entry‑level, full‑time position offering 40+ hours per week, with scheduling likely to include one weekend day and one weekday off.
Summary of Position
The Video Review Specialist position entails meticulously reviewing incoming videos to ascertain the legitimacy of alerts and identify potential safety concerns. Key responsibilities include meeting daily review targets of at least 1,000 videos, ensuring each video is watched within 30 seconds or less, and maintaining a False Positive/Behavior Accuracy score of 99% or higher. Additionally, the role requires maintaining a Monthly Quality score of 97% or better. Shifts vary within standard business hours, with the possibility of overnight or late‑night shifts in the future.
Responsibilities
- Accurately review incoming videos to confirm alert is legitimate or false
- Identify alert indicators and/or potential safety concerns
- Meet minimum video review requirement of at least 1,000 videos per day, each watched within 30 seconds or less (must watch minimum 12–13 seconds of full video for each file loaded)
- Maintain a False Positive/Behavior Accuracy score of 99% or better
- Maintain a Monthly Quality score of 97% or better
Shifts can range from 8–5pm, 10–7pm or 12pm–9pm, with the possibility of an overnight shift or late‑night shift soon. This is a full‑time position with 40+ hours per week. You will likely be scheduled to work on one of the weekend days, with the other weekend day off and one weekday off.
