We’ve doubled our ARR in the last few months. Things are moving fast. Bari (co-founder) and I have been the sales team. We have zero prior sales experience and are mid at selling. We’re ready to get a pro in the seat.


You are the right fit if:


—You have enterprise SaaS experience, are a top 1% performer, never miss quota, and have the numbers to prove it (multiple president’s club, all the trophies, all the awards).


You’re (initially) willing to do crap you haven’t done since you were a BDR. Emailing relentlessly, calling leads, etc. The first few months will be a diabolical suffer fest.


You’re just as good (if not better) at selling in person as you are virtually. You have prior trade show experience, are ok with an aggressive travel schedule, have zero social shame, and will talk to every human you see. You can hunt down, cold contact, and close enterprise deals in person. In short, you are a mf trade show gladiator.


You have built and led a sales team before. You don’t suck, people like working for you.


You are a process-based AE. We’ve got an F1 car but we’ve been making it (sales) up as we go. We need you to have a clear and systematic game plan and the ability to surgically execute the same.


—You like a good salary but are bored by it. You’re at the stage in your career where you want to BUILD something. Equity and legacy are two of your favorite words.

About Second Chair: product is useful/unique, very few competitors, one-call closes are common, our customers (lawyers) usually pass through the cost of our software to their clients (so it’s free to the lawyers).
