HOLI Senior Living , a senior housing community specializing in assisted living and memory care is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Director to lead our marketing department in Hillsboro, Oregon . We are looking for that special someone that has a passion for working with seniors. Someone that is compassionate, caring, energetic and embraces a positive approach in leading our dynamic team in a community that we call Family!
Requirements
Responding to and following up with all inquiries
Tracking and maintaining accurate records for all leads as well as establishing and maintaining referral sources and networking opportunities
Responsible for successful sales closing resulting in new move-ins to increase and/or maintain budgeted occupancy
Demonstrate leadership among team members and ensure a smooth move-in process for all new residents
Other task delegated by Executive Director and VP of Sales
