Content Design Producer Location: Hybrid onsite schedule in Cupertino or Culver City Schedule : 40 hours Duration: 6 months Pay: $90-$95 DOE The Planet Group is looking for a Content Design Producer to join our well-known Fortune 500 client on a 12-months contract, working a hybrid onsite schedule in Cupertino or Culver City Content Design Producer | Qualifications: Candidates must have at least 3-4 years experience acting as a Producer, Project Manager, Asset Manager, or similar in an advertising agency or creative/production studio. Experience with Quality Assurance processes is preferred. Candidates must have excellent note-taking and task management skills, and be able to track creative milestones and goals in a timely, organized manner. Candidates must have an understanding of the production process with external studios and vendors, and have the ability to evaluate and their strengths/weaknesses, and support the selection of the best partner for integrated productions. Candidate must have experience using Apple devices include iPhone, iPad and/or Mac. BA/BA or equivalent experience Content Design Producer | Description: Schedule meetings, set agendas and goals, record meeting notes and identify action items for directly responsible individuals. Monitor team resourcing sheet and contribute to ensuring assignment details are accurate. Support operations to track projects against scopes, ensure estimates, POs, SOWs, etc are gathered and processed in a timely manner. Communicate directly with external production partners to coordinate milestones and reviews, organize deliverables for review, and ensure timely responses and feedback. Work closely with design leads to keep project files organized and up to date. Assist with Quality Assurance checks and asset validation process. Report regular status updates to the leading producers, escalate project issues in weekly syncs, and support production and design leadership with removing blockers.
