About the Opportunity
A well-established and growing professional services firm is seeking a Multimedia Technical Support Specialist to join its Miami office. This role is ideal for a creative and technically skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting high-impact presentations, including litigation and client-facing events.

Key Responsibilities

Provide courtroom (“hot seat”) support during trials, arbitrations, mediations, hearings, and client meetings

Create and design graphics and presentations (charts, floor plans, site plans) using PowerPoint and Adobe tools

Set up, test, and support AV equipment and presentation software in conference rooms, courtrooms, off‑site locations, and virtual environments

Configure, manage, and maintain video conferencing platforms and AV systems

Record, edit, and produce video content, including clips and DVD materials with menus and labels

Convert and format images, documents, and multimedia files as needed

Develop interactive multimedia training materials

Evaluate and recommend trial presentation software, AV tools, and design enhancements

Stay current on litigation technology and AV trends

Collaborate with IT staff to troubleshoot issues and support firm-wide initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and AV systems

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to support all levels of staff

Ability to work independently and under pressure with multiple deadlines

Flexible schedule with willingness to travel and work overtime, including weekends when needed

Ability to lift up to 65 lbs (equipment setup and transport)

Technical Experience (3–4+ Years Preferred)

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) – advanced proficiency required

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Trial presentation software (TrialDirector, OnCue)

Multimedia formats and audio/video editing tools

Video conferencing platforms (Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Teams, Skype)

AV equipment setup and support

Nice to Have

iManage / FileSite experience

Experience in a legal or professional services environment

Education

Associate’s or technical degree in Computer Science, Audio Visual, or related field preferred
