LevLane is seeking an Account Manager specializing in Senior Living marketing to support one of our dedicated Senior Living account portfolios. This role is ideal for someone with agency account management experience who is eager to grow their strategic and client leadership skills.
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in account management and an interest in the complexities of marketing expansions, greenfield developments, and repositioning projects within the Life Plan Community and aging-services sector.
You’ll serve as a key day-to-day partner for clients and internal teams, helping translate business goals into effective marketing initiatives that drive occupancy, awareness, and engagement. Working closely with an Account Supervisor or Director and cross-functional agency teams, you’ll support planning, creative development, and campaign execution from concept through completion.
This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of how data, storytelling, and timing influence the senior living decision journey.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the management of a portfolio of Senior Living accounts, including expansions, new campus launches, and ongoing community marketing programs.
• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for client teams, building strong relationships and ensuring consistent communication.
• Assist in translating occupancy and revenue goals into actionable marketing plans in collaboration with senior team members.
• Contribute to discovery and immersion processes, including competitive reviews, research, and data analysis.
• Coordinate campaign development and execution across channels, including digital, print, and direct mail.
• Partner with Project Management to keep work on track, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
• Manage project details, including timelines, status updates, meeting recaps, and internal coordination.
• Collaborate across Creative, Media, Digital, and Strategy teams to execute integrated marketing programs.
• Monitor campaign performance and support reporting efforts, helping identify optimization opportunities.
• Proactively communicate updates, risks, and next steps to both clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
• 3–5 years of agency or client-side experience in marketing, ideally in an Account Coordinator or Account Manager role.
• Interest or experience in Senior Living, Life Plan Communities, or Healthcare is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with project management and workflow tools (Workamajig or similar preferred).
• Comfort working with budgets, timelines, and basic financial tracking.
