Overview
We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to support the execution and optimization of local marketing efforts across our OB/GYN and specialty practices within the TWH network. This role is also responsible for supporting the integration of new practices into the marketing ecosystem, ensuring practice teams and operators fully utilize enterprise marketing capabilities to drive growth.

This role partners closely with Operations and practice teams to drive patient acquisition, improve retention, and enhance local market performance.

Field marketers act as data-informed marketing partners to the business, helping practices understand performance drivers and identify opportunities across the patient journey. This includes conducting root cause analyses of volume trends, conversion rates, booking funnels, and retention metrics. Using structured frameworks (e.g., logic trees), the Field Marketing Manager identifies inefficiencies and opportunities to focus operators and practice teams.

This role is critical in ensuring alignment between marketing strategy and practice operations, as well as supporting the effective rollout of growth initiatives. The Field Marketing Manager collaborates closely with Marketing, Operations, Practice Leadership, and Data and Analytics teams.

Responsibilities

Execute practice marketing strategies aligned with enterprise strategy to drive patient acquisition and retention

Partner with practice teams to activate and optimize marketing programs at the local level

Analyze performance data including patient volume, booking conversion, and retention trends

Conduct root cause analysis using structured frameworks (e.g., funnel analysis, logic trees) to identify performance gaps

Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for practice teams and operators

Support onboarding of new and De Novo practices into TWH marketing tools, systems, and processes

Identify inefficiencies and opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and operational alignment

Partner with Business Intelligence and Marketing teams to ensure accurate reporting and insight generation

Support rollout of growth initiatives such as new provider ramping, service line expansion, and facility expansion, ensuring alignment, communication, and adoption at the practice level

Build strong relationships with practice managers and staff to drive engagement and execution

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in marketing, field marketing, growth, customer insights, analytics, or a related role

Experience working with data, including analyzing trends and identifying opportunities for improvement

Familiarity with marketing funnels, conversion metrics, and customer/patient lifecycle concepts

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to apply structured thinking (e.g., root cause analysis)

Ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate recommendations clearly

Experience collaborating across functions to drive execution and deliver results

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities across practices or markets

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence at the local level

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
