Video Producer/Editor: Shape legal, business, and cultural insights into sharp, high‑impact stories across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

Responsibilities

Generate ideas and edit high‑quality short‑form and long‑form video content optimized for TikTok, Instagram (Reels), YouTube (Shorts & long‑form), and Facebook.

Collaborate closely with content leads, founders, and on‑screen talent to shape narratives and bring ideas to life.

Write clear, engaging scripts, outlines, and beat sheets.

Repurpose and adapt content across multiple formats, aspect ratios, and platforms.

Optimize videos using performance insights (e.g., retention curves, watch time, engagement data).

Experiment with new formats, storytelling approaches, and creative concepts to improve performance.

Qualifications

A strong video content portfolio or personal social media presence.

Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube & Facebook including formats, algorithms, and audience behavior.

Experience using editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.

Strong storytelling instincts with the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging, shareable content.

Experience developing repeatable content formats or series that drive consistent performance.
