Social Media Intern

Program Overview
We’re excited to offer an internship opportunity to join our Marketing team. This role will work on social media initiatives in real time, helping create content, monitoring trends, and engaging with our community across social platforms, in particular TikTok + Pinterest, to help drive brand awareness & engagement.

Internship Duration

Start Date: June 15, 2026

End Date: August 14, 2026

Schedule: Monday ~ Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Friday, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

End-to-end content creation, i.e. concept, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories)

Take the lead on building our emerging Pinterest presence, owning channel execution

Assist with community management and qualitative customer service reporting

Identify & execute “surprise and delight” gifting initiatives

Place product sample orders for content and marketing use

Participate in brainstorming sessions for social media content ideas

Develop weekly social media and nail trend reports

Support building bi-weekly content performance recaps

Mentorship & Learning Opportunities
Interns will gain hands‑on experience contributing to real marketing initiatives that directly impact the brand. Through mentorship and team collaboration, you will learn how to:

Take ownership of assigned tasks and manage small project components

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support campaign execution

Develop creative thinking and content ideation skills

Understand how brands build community and engagement through social media

Gain exposure to beauty industry trends and digital storytelling strategies

Desired Qualifications

Rising Junior or Senior undergraduate students preferred

Previous internship experience in beauty, fashion, skincare, retail, or related industries

Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram)

Creative thinker with strong communication skills

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
