Key Responsibilities

Produce and edit long-form video podcast episodes and YouTube content
Create and edit short-form videos for social media platforms
Mentor and supervise video editors, providing creative guidance and maintaining visual standards

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in video production and editing, preferably in news or digital media
Proven experience with long-form and YouTube-first content
Deep understanding of social media best practices, particularly for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and related tools
Willingness to work irregular hours during major events and breaking news cycles
