Title: Creative Director
Assignment length: through 5/27/27
Location: onsite, Culver City
Pay: $80-$100/hr
Schedule: M-F 9-5 PST

- This CD will also work cross functionally to ensure our service and messaging is represented consistently and appropriately across campaigns, projects and platforms.
- This role requires maintaining positive relationships and "know how" in telling stories, on any platform, that drive fan engagement. They must have a pulse on new and creative trends and a creative sensibility that extends across content genres. They must excel at building strong cross-functional relationships in a fast paced organization.
Description
- Work with strategy leads and marketing distribution teams to identify opportunities and develop engaging AV Creative.
- Lead Writer / Producer talent to develop the Creative output.
- Direct external agency partners to develop A/V output.
- Create and manage against schedules and budgets.
- Cross-functional relationship building to ensure alignment on deliverable quality and creative direction.
- Articulate creative plans to ATV leadership and cross-functional partners.
Skills:
- Storytelling - AV Creative Direction of Trailers, TV Spots, Social Paid Marketing, Digital Out of Home AV and High Impact Social Display.
- Strong Feedback Skills and Creative Direction - Leads Writer / Producer talent to develop the creative output. Directs external agency partners to develop A/V output.
- Delegation - able to delegate work across partners within the AV Team (Creative Advertising Producers, Creative Production Managers, Post Producers, etc.)
- Team Work - Cross-functional relationship building to ensure alignment on deliverable quality and creative direction.
- Presentation Skills - clearly and convincingly can articulate creative plans to ATV leadership and cross-functional partners.
Qualifications
· Experience leading title and/or brand creative
· Shown ability to build and direct high-quality A/V creative
· Develop and deliver creative solutions to the brand's standard
· Proficient in TV, Digital, and Social advertising formats and methodologies
· Collaborative and team-oriented approach with experience in a quick moving and cross-functional environment
· International experience or experience working with global teams
· Experience managing a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

This is a W2 position.
