Ivory Tree Portraits is hiring: School Photographer in Wayne

We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable photographers to join our fall school photography team.

This is a seasonal 1099 independent contractor position ideal for mid-level photographers who enjoy working with children and thrive in a fast-paced environment and pre-scheduled work occurring during the week.

Our school schedule is finalized in April each year, giving you the ability to plan ahead with confidence. We have about 30 dates each Fall to fill. Assignments span daycare through K–12 schools, offering a dynamic and rewarding work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Photograph students at daycare, elementary, middle, and high schools

Capture high-quality, professional images in an efficient school-day setting

Set up, break down, and transport photography equipment

Upload images promptly following each shoot

Maintain a positive, patient, and professional demeanor with students and staff

Requirements

Experience working with kids

Reliable transportation (travel required across Bucks County, the Main Line, Delaware County, and Delaware)

Ability to lift and transport photography equipment

Frequent standing and moderate physical activity throughout the workday

Strong time management and organizational skills

Employment contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check
