Das bewegst du: As a Junior Paid Media Manager (Mensch), you support both the development of programmatic activities and the operational implementation for our customers. Your focus is on developing the most efficient campaign strategy for your customer and taking responsibility for the first cross-over programmatic projects.
Reportings and analyses: Interpretation of campaign results, derivation of customer-oriented action recommendations, and development of best practice models are part of your field of activity.
Campaign planning: Support in monitoring and developing campaign setup in the DSPs.
Collaboration with customer teams: Evaluation for our customer teams, which target groups, technologies & inventories, etc. can be used sensibly for their programmatic shopping.
Collaboration with media buying: Support in the (further) development of programmatic media buying to achieve or even exceed goals and media KPIs.
Interface function: Close cooperation with specialist teams for individual disciplines and external partners in an international environment.
Das zeichnet dich aus: Professional experience: You have initial experience in the operational implementation or consulting of paid media campaigns.
Tools: You have an overview of the relevant digital media landscape (DSPs, data, inventories, ad & audience verification technologies, etc.)
Competence: You bring technical affinity, communicative strength, and the willingness to learn new things.
Presentation skills: You have the ability to prepare data structured (in Excel as well as PowerPoint) and to convey complex issues in an easily understandable way.
Language skills: You can communicate confidently in both German and English.
Furthermore, you are team-capable, communicative, and solution-oriented.
