UI/ UX Analyst

Razor is looking for a UI/ UX Analyst will be part of an Enterprise UI/ UX team, supporting multiple project teams that request UI/UX services while also contributing to the development and maintenance of enterprise-wide standards, style guides, and guidelines. This role focuses on understanding user behavior, translating requirements into intuitive designs, and ensuring consistent, high-quality user experiences across systems.
Education & Certification Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a technical/computer science field
Clearance Requirements

Ability to obtain a public trust security clearance.
Remote/ Onsite Requirements

100% Remote- candidates should be located in Client (Nations Capital Region)
Responsibilities

Analyze user behaviors and translate user requirements into low- and high-fidelity wireframes. Create and update wireframes based on user and stakeholder feedback. Ensure all wireframes and screens adhere to Enterprise UX standards and help establish new standards where none exist. Apply intuitive design principles and support successful implementation by the development team, including reviewing developed screens in test environments. Manage and support user feedback collection and analysis activities, including usability testing, surveys, card sorting, and interviews. Prepare for and facilitate virtual user feedback sessions such as usability testing. Present outputs, trends, and recommendations from user feedback activities to clients. Research, write, and review UX guidelines and style guides.
Qualifications

Experience in User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology, or related fields. Experience creating and documenting information design concepts and solutions using low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes. Experience working with low-code platforms such as ServiceNow and Salesforce. Experience with usability testing, including test plan preparation, facilitating test sessions, analyzing data, and reporting and presenting results. Knowledge of additional user research methods, including surveys, card sorting, and interviews. Ability to recommend optimal user experiences while balancing technical feasibility and business goals. Ability to prioritize issues, meet deadlines, and balance efficiency with quality.
Desired Skills

Experience with Axure, Figma (including Figma Make), and Claude Design. Experience documenting design patterns as style guides, pattern libraries, or design systems. Experience researching and writing UX guidelines. Experience working with teams that utilize AI-assisted development. Familiarity with Confluence and JIRA.
